Andrew Leib is a Los Angeles-based artist manager with over 15 years of experience in the music industry. Originally from Wisconsin, Andrew started his career in artist relations and hospitality at festivals like Lollapalooza and Riot Fest, eventually managing his first band at 19. He spent 11 years at Red Light Management, where he played a key role in managing artists such as Counting Crows, Corinne Bailey Rae, Emily King, Cory Henry, Luke James, Theo Katzman, Lecrae, and Robert Randolph.
Andrew co-created and executive produced the immersive concert experience Brassroots District, set to open in Las Vegas in 2025, and co-founded The UnCancelled Music Festival, which raised over $120K to support artists and independent venues during the pandemic. He has booked talent on behalf of the Miles Davis Estate for the Miles Davis House showcase at SXSW and has spoken at universities and conferences, including Berklee School of Music, USC, CSUN, SXSW, ASCAP Expo, and GrammyU.
